Or buy a vacant lot for investment for $30k or buy a set of sea doos for $30k that you "rent" and write off all your travel and majority of related expenses and have $165k left over enhance your lifestyle through other "expenses". There's better ways to live tax free.

They got a 98 pontoon with a Honda 4 stroke up for silent auction at the Hospice Thrift shop. Opens next week. Looks to be in about the same shape only single story. Bet it goes for around $2.000 or so..
