Perez wraps the car up again in Q1 in light rain.
Not too bad, but left side damage.
That’s like 3 crashes in Q1 over the last 5 races for Sergio so of course that’s the big talk now, will he be sent down?
Red Bull seems a little bit “not red bullish” lately.

Ricardo is aging out.
Tsunoda (Yuki) may never reach for the stars.
Perez keeps crashing
And Verstappen is an army of one.
I know some of you follow more closely than I do, what’s Red Bulls plan?

And Ferrari still is on the suck wagon. I just watch the highlights now. Living through the v10 era this new socially acceptable bullshit isn't worth the time

Yuki just wadded it up in Q3.
That’s 2 Red Bull cars.
Although him and Ricardo both made it to Q3.

Sounds like Sainz is coming to RB next year? Maybe Perez got word of it and it messed with his head.

I haven’t kept up with all the gossip but it seems most logical for Sainz to go to Redbull. He’s been fast. I honestly don’t see Hamilton doing better than Sainz did at Ferrari, but we will see.

I’d like to see Gasly back at RB, but that’s never going to happen.

. . . and the most significant news for me is it’s no longer a parade led by Verstappen. God it was getting so boring. Glad to see SOME competition at the tip of the grid.

On the Red Bull front, I think the news of Adrian Newey leaving and Christian Horner getting the smack down during the off season for some as yet to be explained transgression, is taking its toll. What’s going on with Perez, who knows.

McLaren on the front row.

Perez has just been terrible lately. I would like to see Carlos at RB next year with Max.

True.
Verstappen is just so good though.
What he knew from a very early age is that lots of talented kids can drive at that level…but very few can do the job.
He’s ALWAYS been a professional even before he wasn’t.
He knows that there a thousand guys all working for his team to win. He is the last piece that has to do his job.
He relays info and reads the car. He executes instructions better than all but a few. Him and the other top finishers know that it isn’t just driving. Driving is what they have to do to execute race strategy and instructions. When they display this ability, then they get the best rides on the best teams.
This is an enormous advantage over a team that has to fight with the driver and convince him to do what they ask the entire time.
I was surprised that Yuki kept his seat last year as much as he yells in his radio. 😂😳
If Gasly focused on instructions more rather than proving he is an equal driver, he’d be a far more consistent point finisher.

1,000 hp 18,000 rpm v10 , 7 speed gear box, given NO FAGGOT LOVING DRS, F1 is supposed to be the pinnacle of motor racing. It's a goat fuck of contraptions and bloated policies now.

I loved it last year at the French gp when Fred was making laps in his old Renault and lewis stopped dead in his interview and flat out said we need the v 10s back

All good points. Good story about Verstappen was during his carting years, when it rained, most of the other kids called it a day. Not Verstappen. His dad MADE him stay out there as part of his training. No doubt he is obsessed and a generational talent.

BUT, I just don’t like the guy, mostly because of that incident with Hamilton a couple of years ago. They crashed and Verstappen’s car rode over the top of Hamilton’s car. A scary wreck. When Verstappen got out, he didn’t even check to make sure Lewis was OK. That was a low class move and was a “line in the sand” that you just don’t cross, for me personally. Not that it makes any difference, but he is low rent in the character department in my book.

Any case, glad to see some competition at the front end of the grid.

Lol
Verstappen is making a liar out me today!
He’s whining big time.
Norris won’t slow down and yield to Piastri, the McLaren team principal is flabbergasted and scolding him.
Norris says “well, tell him to catch up then…”

That’ll be a penalty on Verstappen. .

He's always been a bitch
That was a bitch move he tried on Hamilton. That’s gonna cost him.
Even I know better than that on my PS2 EA Sports F1!😂😂
You have to respect the braking points on that track. He totally ignored that and went screaming straight into an out of control situation.
(Hungary is my best track, I podium every time on expert mode…it’s always that damned red car in front of me!)
I race as Hakkinen, Schumacher is hard to get around.
If I could master that last turn at the pit entrance I’d beat that car…I either go into the gravel or head on into the pit road barrier. 😱😳😱
