Extended many times and it is finally set to expire July 31st.

- Supreme Court said CDC may no longer extend the moratorium on its own.
- Now must be extended in congress.
- Libs are calling for another extension.
- Dem legislators are scrambling to try and pass something to extend through the end of the year.

What happens next?

I believe it's just optics. I think the dems want to look like they are fighting, but ultimately know it will not pass and let the moratorium expire.

The conspiracy side of me thinks they want small landlords bankrupt and forced to sell to large corps.

What say you P&G?

its September 31st for Kalifornikstan

and yes the end game is to be rid of the small mom and pops and the big bohemoths will swallow them up...

but this is the plan for all these corrupted politicians...

kill small business and middle class and just rule over the peasants via handouts and tell them how many face diapers to wear

This is the war of attrition now, honestly how many mom and pop landlords even want to deal with it after a year and half taking it in the ass?

I think a lot are gonna sell regardless.

These big companies are swallowing up the property and have direct lines to the Fed to take loans at extremely low interest rates. If shit goes belly up they will be "too big to fail" and the government essentially will bail them out and put the properties on their balance sheets. Now you have government in direct control of a large portion of housing, does this sound familiar, ehem China?

After Tienanmen the west decided that it was best to let China open up to democracy and "free markets", The West gave them Hong Kong thinking that it's extreme western market system would rub off to the mainland regime, which worked somewhat to influence them, but the flipside was that China ended up influencing western politicians on how to control society.... And they figured out how to control Hong Kong in the end anyway.

The marxists want a permanent renting class.

Headed?

Every globalist control group from the Bilderbergs and down have stated outright for years that the US population is about 50% too large to control easily.
Same with the global population.
As a population thinner covid itself is a non starter.
It doesn’t kill anywhere near anything close to even scratch a population.
BUT...the fallout with the globalist reaction is HIGHLY effective.
They’ve got 50% of the population ready to kill the other 50%. Coincidentally Just what the globalists need...
Add in the total destruction of race relations and vilification of law and booyaa! Anarchy achieved and the victors will be yoked for their efforts.

Almost seems they let the virus out to early. But they had to do something to stop trump. I believe the plan was to have the virus more deadly than it ended up being. So watch for a new virus to come out in a couple of years.

You nailed it.
i forgot to add, the dems will blame the republicans for blocking the extension on moratoriums, even though the push to extend was started so impossibly late.

How may mom and pop landlords are experiencing delinquencies? There are quite a few on here and I haven't read any horror stories. You can also thank the California Association of Realtors for Prop 19 in CA. @thetub

You are exactly correct. They want everyone in subsidized government housing totally dependent on government cheese for their survival. Look no further the north Korea, China or Russia for the end game.

Newsolini said he was going to pay back landlord s in full to make things right. Do you think that will happen in a timely manner Rod?

I’m sure there are income requirements. If your income is over $xx,xxx per year you are ineligible for any reimbursement

Its just part of the equation. Its one more bearocratic bullshit obstacle . Just like every tax, regulation, liberal policy etc...

the big companies are behind this as it will crush smaller guys . They will absorb it. In the end they win.

and prop 19 was pushed by realtor so what ? fuc- them too. they dont care about anything but sales

their geniuses all the sudden they are just thisty for sales their too short sided to see what they are doing...

they dont own commercial properties anyways they dont care . they rather small mom and pops sell again helping the bohemiths

and dont forget about the hos draggers they were behind it too just another money grab.

but its ok you rather give yore lifes savings , wealth , legacy and work to the corrupt pos politicians than yore family ...

wait till some crackhead laughs at you while hes not paying you for a year straight...

but you reap what you sow and get whats coming to you...

not in my lifetime but yore kids will suffer for the choices you are making

and Rod doesnt matter who says what or if one cent was not delinquent the premise is wrong.

and yes there are plenty suffering and getting out of the business cashing out and out of kalifornia and investing in reits or tripple net assets out of state

i would bet thats a majority of sales now of smaller mom and pops

its been happening for the last 10 years
