They use a stencil and a concrete stain, they can do multiple colored layers if the logo requires it. and the nice thing the floor is super durable and no maintenance. What's the logo material? How is it applied?
Does the stencil adhere to the floor to keep the stain from bleeding beyond the edge? The lines apear so crisp and straight. They use a stencil and a concrete stain, they can do multiple colored layers if the logo requires it. and the nice thing the floor is super durable and no maintenance.
The stencil sticks to the concrete. But the way it adheres and the stain applied without bleeding is a trick they keep to themselves. I asked the same question.Does the stencil adhere to the floor to keep the stain from bleeding beyond the edge? The lines apear so crisp and straight.
No dust, it is all captured with equipment, one of the passes required a small amount of water but it all depends on your concrete and what each layer reveals. There is no top coat per say , they do use a certain type of spray that hardens the concrete between grinds. so there is nothing to peel up or refinish in the future as soon as they leave the building you can move equipment in.Is the grinding process dusty or do they capture all the dust as they grind w/ a vacuum system? Do they use water while grinding too or is it a dry process? Will you have a sealer/top coat for the final finish?
Your project came out looking amazing congrats. What is the name of the company that did it in Havi?
