long story short I need a enclosed trailer asap, ( like next week) had a deal set up with a guy and he backed out. :grumble:

there are about 2 dozen 7x12 duel axle electric brake 10k# models for sell locally for 3-4k

Do they make a good trailer and are they worth that much?

something like this. https://bend.craigslist.org/tro/d/2008-haulmark-enclosed-7-14/6287097072.html

That seems like a ok price.
I think I paid $3k for a 20' racer. It was older but as a trailer I don't think age is that big of a deal. It sat as a storage trailer most of its life.

Most enclosed utility trailer older than 5 years are junk, so look carefully, bearings, brakes, etc. At along could cost 1K to repair ,bent axles, so be careful.

I would say dont jump into the 1st thing you see. I looked at a lot of used stuff and it was pretty beat up.

Ended up buy a new trailer for the same price or close to what people were selling used stuff for.

I borrowed a buddies Haulmark for awhile and it was a descent trailer but I think if you shop around you can get more trailer for the money depending on what you are hauling. Personally- I am not a big fan of the rivets along the outside panels, I prefer the smooth look, just my 2 cents.

Good luck in what ever you decide.
