Only problem I see, the current government employees are not gonna be super stoked to vote for Trump knowing they may possibly be out of a job once Musk does some Twitter style "house cleaning".

But I am 100% all for it.

Well if they have time to dwell on that during the day, maybe their job isn't really required.

If you can’t see the irony of the person who has benefited most from government subsidies running the governed efficiency program then I am at a loss…

So because he was smart enough to use the rules the government put fourth, He is a bad business person? Just like the Trump not paying taxes.. Just like all the politicians using the same tax codes they put in place. Please make it make sense.

You don't need Elon to head any federal audits. Simply cut each departments budget in half and not 1 American would even realize any difference. The Federal Government is the largest employer in the World!!! We take in $5 Trillion Dollars a year and still borrow $3.6 Trillion just to give it away. SMH

seriously; between Trump, Musk and RFK Jr.... we actually have a shot at righting this ship.
Sadly they only get 4 years to do it, and the fear of back to business as usual is on the table.

I'm not arguing for or against the idea, but what are the unintended consequences of defunding the biggest employer of unmotivated, low skilled unambitious people in the United States? I tend to try and poke holes in ideas. Dreams are free, reality costs. Many federally employed people were not every voting for Trump, so I don't think mathematically it hurts him.

I'm as optimistic as most, but man I think we are really going to have to pull out all the stops to get President Trump back in office. The liberal media and the Democrats have cheating down to a science, and they will do whatever needs to be done to place that worthless and inept Jamaican/Asian/White/Black bitch in the oval office.

She sucked as a DA, she sucked as an AG, she sucked as a VP, and she will CERTAINLY suck as the leader of the free world. Fucking ridiculous.

I'm hopeful, but we have our work cut out for us.

So, what you're saying is, Kamala can suck?

Suck or no suck, the question is --- Is Allan Lichtman's current "Harris" prediction correct ??? I hope not 👎

Gotta give him credibility, he did predict Trump in 2016. The rest besides Obama's 2nd term, muh.

Short term economy & long term economy goes to Harris? 🤪

Reminds me of the “polls” for Hillary Clinton. It will definitely be interesting in November. How Kamala can even be considered to operate a country is beyond me.

Make sure you vote!
Yes she's a fukin BOZO bureaucrat with no real experience let alone business sense , Polls are traditionally only 60% accurate at best I go to RCP and Vegas betting odds mostly to make my self feel warm and fuzzy https://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/latest_polls/national_president/index.html

Im not sure you can clean up the Government at this point, but it's worth a try. Remember Trump had the senate and the house for 2 years.

There's nearly 3 million federal workers you'll be up against. Plus the thousands of companies that thrives off the corruption, waste and inside deals. Not to mention dealing with the public employee unions, then try to get both sides of the aisle to agree to slam the above entities and clean it up….dont see it happening.

They need to start cleaning house and focus on eliminating the proposed 80,000 IRS new-hires.

I never said he was a bad business person? I said it was “ironic”. I find it ironic to put a person in charge of government efficiency who made a fortune feeding off of an inefficient market where subsidies fueled his success.

Pretty sure those that really need to be cut weren't voting for Trump to begin with.

Only in the social media era would creating a new government bureaucracy to somehow fix government bureaucracy be even considered. Or better yet spend money on a commission to recommend how to save money with no ability to actually enforce recommendations and save money..

This reminds of a true story with the St. Vincent Thomas bridge between terminal island and San Pedro. There used to be manned toll booths collecting tolls in one direction to leave terminal island.

After I’m not sure how many years of that, someone realized that the tolls collected didn’t cover the salaries of the toll booth attendants, and just made it free in both directions because it was less costly.

There is absolutely tons of situations just like this that exist everywhere that need to be found and eliminated…and a private sector guy that goesn’t need his pockets filled is just the man for the job.
