Sorry for the delays.....been busy trying to get across the finish line....I'm about 2 weeks out from final. Here are a few recent pics. Will get some more tomorrow. Weather out here as been epic the last two weeks. Plenty of boating still going on. Building a home has been an adventure to say the least....don't know if I'd do it again. Good thing I don't have to cuz I plan on dying in this MOFO.....haha. Planned on 15% overage in cost....looks like I'll come in about 10%, so a little ahead there. Pics of are the front yard, prepping the driveway concrete....View off the deck with the railing in....Front porch with concrete poured and a pic from inside the back porch screen room. Just got the electric heaters up today.

View attachment 1364241 Been a minute since I've posted.....going on 18 months in the house. Trying to do most of the work myself....obviously had to have the dock put in....but I ran all the electrical from the house to a sub panel at the shore...then out to the dock for lights and hoist. Had an excavator bring in all the rocks and grade the slope. I did all the sprinklers and sod....draw water from the lake with a pump. Dock builder left me all the scrap 8 inch post so I did a railing along the cart part. Had concrete poured up to connect to driveway to drive carts and sxs down. Cut some tiki torches down and put em in the post. Smokeless fire pit in the beach area.....my neighbors think I imported my sand in from Newport Beach.......dont know where they got that idea from....haha. Anyway...there is life outside of CA, Parker and Havasu. Still no boat......dont have any checks left...haha. SOON. BTW.....The Blue center light is to represent all my LEO brothers and sisters still fighting the good fight. Stay Strong

Beautiful home in a awesome area. We are hoping to start our build on our lot on Douglas Lake in the Fall or next Spring. We did it backwards, got the dock in already
Just the dock and gangway so we can keep the boat in it and not have to launch all of the time. We’ll expand on it after we build.
