Early Christmas for me this year

I got an early Christmas present this year. So at 430 in the morning yesterday my wife came to me and told me that I'm going to be a father in nine months. This is going to be my first kid, I am both terrified and excited to see what's going to come.... never felt like this before. I am already looking forward to when I get to teach him or her how to water ski and have some fun at the river. 2014 has been a freaken awesome year. Can't wait to see what 2015 will bring. :thumbup:

I will never forget the day we brought our first daughter home. I stopped on the way to Kaiser Hospital and picked up a cute little outfit to bring her home.
Had a big bouquet of flowers and balloons for my wife to show how excited I was.

Time to start a 529! And a car insurance/wedding fund depending on if its a boy or girl.

Having a kid is just like owning a boat ...when you use the boat , everything revolves around the boat : towing , gas , maintenance ,
repairs ,security , fun , anger , frustration , friends . family etc etc , the only difference is you can't put the kid away for the winter !

Our baby is due in 3 weeks (April 17th). We have a trip planned for June 18 - 23 in Havasu and the little brat is going with us. We bought a used pack & play for him and also picked up some clip on battery operated fans to keep him cool. Usually the temps in Havasu are between 95 - 102 during this time of the year, so perfect to bring the little guy out.
