Early ‘Flash Back Friday’ … Boating Content

[Desert Whaler]

1988 … last year Correct Craft built the 23 foot ‘Fish Nautique’ … Pops bought it new … 351 , freshwater cooled, Borg Warner/ straight shaft…. We towed it to Cabo for Christmas/ New Year (this pic) we rolled 3-wide, Pops, my Uncle, & Me all the way…. in the square body Chevy….
That boat was insane… low center of gravity, 40 + in any weather …. Good Times…

We used to tow a few boats down to Mulege and camp out on the beach for a few weeks. Great times!

Don't have many of the boat from the 'outside' . . . lots from 'inside' lol.
Found a couple more . . . sorry, they are pictures of old developed pictures.

The hull design was really unique . . . kinda had steps . . . I wish this picture showed the very bottom of the transom . . . the hull didn't come to a pointed 'V' it had a flat area of about 6 inches wide.

I think this was in Oceanside . . . around 1990 . . .
