Sad to see two young kids with face shields and masked up parents. They are among us…

I feel nervous being on the same plane with them. I wonder if they are contagious.

See, everyone gets hung up on the "weight" leg of the BMI chart.....

Myself, I'm just too short for my normal weight....

The doctors office BMI chart can kiss my ass! In high school, swimming 4-5 miles a day, it said I was 20lbs over. In my 20's, lifting weights like a yard bird, said I was 40lbs over.
Last month, at my checkup, doctor tells me I hadn't lost any weight...no shit Doc! But my belt got 2 new holes punched in it

Yep it is stupid. I have stated here before how much exercise i get. I am 5'8" and 170 and it says I am overweight.
