What prompted the move to the neighborhood? Where did you move from?

My sister in law lives on Schleisman and Hellman so we've been coming out here for our niece's softball games for the past 4 years and love the area. Plus the amount of house you can buy out here compared to Orange County is amazing. But most of all it puts me 1 hour closed to my paradise, Havasu and Parker!

Born and raised in Cypress and live in Los Alamitos right now...

New to the forum, but have been in Eastvale since '08 over off Limonite and 65th towards the 15. I had some drywall work done back in '12 when my house flooded , that's a whole other thread for all the other Eastvale residents, as far as the drywall work went, i was very happy with the outcome and it was reasonably priced. I will try to dig up the contact info for you.

We are in Eastvale as well. Scholar and 65th.
We do a ton of rehab homes so I always have guys that do any sort of work you need for your home. I see you got the drywall addressed but if you need anything else let me know. I am sure I will have a guy that can handle it.

BTW fellow eastvale folks 2 apps that are pretty useful, one is an app called nextdoor for community issues and or happenings, and the other is E citizen, I call it the snitch app, you can report people or like me be reported for code violations check them out

My flood happened around 2013 from the upstairs washing machine

Thats a bummer, ours was the upstairs toilet. Builder went with the cheapest POS water line and it cracked while I was at work and the wife was shopping, 3 hrs of water running = 80k in damage it wasn't all bad though, Insurance covered it, I did most the work myself so I was able to upgrade a lot, and they filed a lawsuit against the builder. My house was the 2nd on my street and 4th in the track to have this happen.
