We’ve recently really enjoyed watching ‘Clarkson’s Farm’ on Amazon Prime. The dry Brit humor is hilarious. We found that closed caption best gave us full understanding of just WTF they were saying. Surprising, and funny, how easily the Brits throw very adult language into their everyday conversations. The story is about Jeremy Clarkson’s attempt to run a farm today in the UK, with no farming experience. Jeremy is a very likable, previously successful older guy. His neighbors and associates are also hilarious. His girlfriend Lisa, a beautiful blond 6’ 02” very fit lady, adds subtlety and very well to each episode. A third season is reportedly in the works. We found it to be really good winter time viewing.

Just finished the second season. Seen the first when it came out. He’s always a good laugh.

Season 1 was good, but season 2 was great! Once I started season 2, I binge-watched through the whole thing. Can't wait for season 3.

I love that show.

It looks like there will be a 3rd season, but he may not get a 4th. He wrote a column, in which he said he was, referring to Meagan Markle, “dreaming of the day when she is made to parade naked through the streets of every town in Britain while the crowds chant, ‘Shame!’ and throw lumps of excrement at her”

If you watched Game of Thrones, you will remember the scene his comment is based on. It’s a funny reference, but the cancel culture people went after him, and there’s talk that Amazon Prime may not renew the show beyond what is already under contract.

Wife and I really enjoy that show. Neighbors got it in for him. Funny you heard crickets when he found the loophole for the restaurant.

I’ve been following him since the original top gear days. We just watched a rerun of grand tour last night. Him and the boys never get old for me.

Just started season 2, funny as hell. As someone that has a tendency to jump in to things prior to figuring them all out first I relate to it. I love how he bought the sheep with no idea what he was getting in to.

Gerald Cooper, Clarkson's Head of Security for the farm, is an obsolete riot. Unfortunately, it seems he may have passed. But, that's not 100% clear. Since posting this I’ve now read mention of Gerald Cooper being in Season 3, along with Lisa, Charlie and Kaleb. Hopefully, that’s correct.

Loved the first season, even my wife loved it.

Can’t wait to catch the second season…hard to watch anything with a toddler and infant so it might be a while LOL

Recently watched an episode of Clarkson on ‘Top Gear U.K.’ on Amazon Prime. It was about him boating, on a fairly fast military style jet boat, in Vietnam. It was different, but enjoyable. There was also a Scarab and an older 11 knot wooden boat in the journey. Clarkson operates a boat about as well as he farms. You can only imagine that.

That would have been from "Grand Tour" on prime. Same guys, just Amazon funded vs BBC.

Clarkson is my favorite from the original Top Gear cast. Been watching his stuff for almost 30 years now. In the late 1960s the brilliant liberal Canadian government decided we needed more Canadian content on TV. So they passed a law requiring a certain amount of shows shown must have Canadian content. Since it was only in 1963 we got our own flag from the British and our national anthem was still God Save The Queen (now King). Many channels simply showed British TV shows as Canadian content. Long way of saying I grew up on British TV. My streaming app has most of the British TV channels and I still watch mostly British TV.
