I never have understood how people would want to grow dreadlocks in your hair. It's dirty and disgusting and not to mention they look stupid as fuck! Today I saw the worst one EVER! He said he's been growing it for 19 years.

Ya know,,, I've had dreads for 22+ years and I have never understood why people grow their dreads (dread) like this guy. With the amount of time and effort I spend keeping mine clean I can tell you there is no fuking way to keep that beavertail thing clean! I've seen plenty of reggae stars with a similar look and never got it. Cleanliness = godliness right? Then there's the stinky hippie street kids that really give them a bad rap,

For me,,, Rode n the back of a truck from Vegas to Huntington Beach in a rainstorm. Just had to keep them from growing together after that. Some will braid and twist them. You just have to keep them clean! I can't stress that enough. Just imagine what that dudes uni-dread looks like in the center. :yikes

Now we could make a whole thread on how some dumbasses have started them. Was asked very seriously by a kid about 20 years ago at a music festival how to get the peanut butter out of his dreads when they finally stick together. Yes he had peanut butter pressed into his head. :rolleyes
