It was canceled, and the lake has been drained.

This is why I threw this out there, it was on SDBA Schedule but disappeared.

The lake has been drained before. Will they re-fill it and do races again? Who knows. Nobody saw them draining it and cancelling so nobody knows what's next. If they brought Firebird back on the schedule full time Id get back in to it.
