Had to Google Frenchie, had no idea what it was.
Don't know anyone that has one, looks like an irritating little thing.

These dogs have become a big deal up here. As the weed biz dies wives and girlfriends have decided to get into frenchies as a source of income. It's funny and ridiculous.

I got lit up by a Karen Kunt one day at lunch. It was hot out. I was in my wagon with all the windows down. He is in the car panting as its hot out. Plenty of air flow. She finds me in the sandwich shop and starts to berate me about my dog is going to die in the car. I tell her he will be fine all the windows are down and we have been doing this for years. She proceeds to rant on. I politely tell her to leave me and my dog the fuck alone. She goes on fagbook and lights me up saying he was in the car and forgot to mention all the windows were down. Berating me and the business and telling people the dog is vicious and the police should have come. Fucking people.

Been seeing this more and more.
Not vested service dogs. Just some random person and their dog.

Where’s @was thatguy ?

I’ve noticed a couple things here.
4 out of 5 were French bulldogs.
And the owners of these dogs were alll...not Caucasians
Hold that thought...

This was Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving.
Dragging his balls and Dick around the cart, which ended up in the cart corral (the owner was at least gave the courtesy to do that.
But you know no one cleaned it up.

I asked the checker if it was ok to have dogs in the store. She said no but they don’t have the right to ask what service the dog performed.
I was quick to point out the dog isn’t vested. It’s not a service animal.
She shrugged.

Am considering leashing up 80lbs Miss Millie

And walk around the grocery store.
See how long it takes, might even toss her in a cart😎

They won’t stop some folks. Will they stop a grumpy white guy?
I HATE this kind of crap !

I spend $35K+ a year at my local grocery store, I'd doubt they're going to kick my little dog out. 🤣

I would just like to say one thing. As some of you know I currently have COVID. There's a 100% I got it at the grocery store as I hadn't been anywhere else the prior week. I guaranfuckingtee I didn't catch it from a dog! I'll take a dog in the store over a human any day of the week.

It's not about "catching" something. It's about the bacteria they carry and the hair they drop all over the place. Seriously, they have no problem stepping in their own crap, licking their ass, and eating catshit. They roll in dead stuff like it's perfume. They have no place where people are buying food. If you are afraid of Covid, do curbside shopping. It's there for people like you.

These dogs have become a big deal up here. As the weed biz dies wives and girlfriends have decided to get into frenchies as a source of income. It's funny and ridiculous.

They are now the #1 breed in the US, overtaking the beloved Labrador Retriever for the first time in over 30 years. Anytime there is a fast rise in popularity of any breed, you see poor-quality backyard breeders who seek an easy way to make money, screwing up the quality of the breed.

K. Hunt's resting bitch face is on point. LOL

I used to leave my German Shepard in the truck with the windows down, had more than one person express concern the dog or items in the truck could be stolen. I would reply just reach your arm in the window.😆

This jus happened 15 minutes ago. Visited my mom at assisted living and followed a guy and a walker with a Pomeranian. Well naturally the thing left 3 land mines right on the carpet. And the guy just kept rolling down the hallway.

Actually a couple of weeks ago I walked between cars at Walmart and 2 pit type dogs started barking and lunged out the window. I jumped so fast I slammed into the next vehicle. I was livid. I kicked the back of the car out of reflex and fury and noticed later there was a guy sitting in it but didn’t do anything. If his dogs are that aggressive he should have had his windows higher. There was a reasonable expectation of someone walking by in a parking lot. On top of that I had pulled my back out a week prior and jacked it up again. It could have gone badly very quickly. 😡

670 a week? Who are you feeding?
The market is priced a little higher than most but it's very convenient. Wine is expensive these days and I don't drink cheap shit. 🤣

I have had 6 dogs. Never took them in a restaurant or grocery store. They stayed in the truck with the air on. I have told wait staff to please get the manager if there is a pet in the restaurant. Told the manager either the dog leaves or we leave. Has happened twice. Both times managers chose us.

We have always had dogs. I love dogs but they don't have to go everywhere I do . On the boat yep, at the park yep on a leash.i notice that a lot of people these days just can't read. It's really sad that so many adults ( and I use that term rather loosely) these days just can't decipher a clearly worded sign. Just the other day my wife and I went for a walk around rotary park here and there are signs everywhere saying no dogs in the park. Some of them are just a cartoon dog with a big red slash through it. Yet we saw at least five dogs being walked in the park by these poor illiterate people. I myself being attentive to my surroundings avoided stepping in shit left by these dogs on two occasions that day. I hope we can get some kind of program going to cut down the rate of illiteracy in this world.

It's not illiteracy, it's the "that doesn't apply to me" attitude.
People's overall politeness & courtesy have flown the coup.
We see it regularly everyday on our walks, whether in California or Havasu. It's rather disheartening really.😔🥺

And I see more and more of the "I dare you to confront me attitude"
I'm not real good at that game so I try to avoid it.

I was joking about the people being illiterate. They just do what they want and confronting them just starts a big shitshow.i swear I understand why people move to the hills and never come back. If I had nothing to lose and was a single man I probably would be on my way to jail at some point.

If one is worried about dogs having been in a basket and then putting some food in it, I have a real bad thought.

Anyone who drops fresh produce or any unpackaged dry foods into a shopping cart without bagging and tying it first is just begging for a good old case of food poisoning or E. coli.

A dog having been in the basket is not even the beginning of the biological disaster from that basket.

Refer to post 26😉
In that cart, even packaged up, one still has to touch the package to load it out into the car.
A nice smear of poop may not bother you, but it bothers most of us.
