Naturally Joel, CMU walls are always more prone to leaks due to the irregular surface that gets waterproofed, if you have a good mason that can strike all of the joints and not leave any voids you'll have a better success rate.
Regardless, let me know what route you go and I can help you out. Installing a bentonite waterstop between the wall and footing will benefit you either way as this is the first place you'll get a leak.

I'm in Chino Valley pretty often getting feed from Olsens, would love to pick your brain on ways to improve my roads before monsoon season kicks off. There is about 3000' that needs improving on our property so cost can overrun me pretty quick if I don't have a solid plan.

Thank you, Yes we use a drone on some of our projects, most are just pics from on the job or final inspection. Each project ends up with ridiculous amounts of photos, might be time for a couple more terra-bytes soon to store them all for this year. One of the things we are most proud of is our map, again it could be more complete but it will show potential customers what jobs we have done, specifically in their area, and or by type such as ground mounts or tile roofs etc.
