Usually every day during the week.
If I’m not on the road then I do a home office day most Mondays.
Usually on a road trip every other week.
My job is different than most though as I sell beer and cover 4 states.
Pretty solid week this week for being home in SoCal…
Monday…Barley Mash San Diego 2 pints
Tuesday…Main Street Poway 1 pints
Wednesday…Cassidy’s Newport 2 beers
Yesterday…Coyote Carlsbad 3 pints
Today…Pit Stop Menifee at least 2 pints
Next week up to the Brewery in Seattle for the week so it’ll be an average of at least 8 -10 a day.
I love my job!

I don't drink unless its time to "drink". If I'm gonna drink.....then thats what were doing for the night!
Im a self admitted binge drinker. Good news is, I can go months without drinking and it doesn't cross my mind. But when its time.....its time!

In my new car dealership days, never....never even considered it actually. But it was offered most times when out for a biz lunch.
The liabilities I had to endure were endless. A drinking car dealer would be disastrous, No? In a social, non-biz scenario I was still beyond cautious.
And to be brutally honest, 99% of any drinking I began doing started upon meeting my "river family".

If I'm sitting down at a Mexican restaurant I'm having a Modelo with my lunch. Other than that situation not really a thing.

It depends on the setting and the customer.

If I take a customer to lunch, I let them order first. If they order a beer I’ll order one too. I keep it to one beer when that happens.

If I take a customer to Top Golf for lunch, I can guarantee you we’re drinking our lunch.

I hardly had more than 10 drinks in a year until around 2000 just before I Got divorced
Instead of sitting at home would go to bike nights etc during the week
Havasu on the weekends

Figured I had some catching up to do
My first wife and I only drank when camping or at the river
Never at home
Second wife our life revolved around drinking
Living on the beach does that
Fridge in the garage was just for drinks
Go to the store and the cashier more than once was Awe party tonight ? No it’s just weekly refill
Always someone over
Go for bike ride
Hit different peoples places
Hell even the local realtors have stocked fridges

Business dinners are much better than businesses lunches! I personally hate business lunches, what's the point when you have to hurry, can't drink etc.

The point is the get to know the other person better and see if you like and trust each other. Not hurriedly chit chat over a fucking salad while someone has to answer a call lol
