That type of stuff has been going on in SoFlo since before I moved here. I think it was invented in Miami. lol

It started with a MLK event called “Wheels Up Guns Down”.

Now it takes places on any day at any given place. Where I live, we get complete street takeovers all the time. The numbers are so large, there really isn’t a lot L.E. can do about it. Some of these hood rats really know how to wheelie!

Saw on news the Chp pulled back aka they got away.

They could have followed and atleast got a couple of them to set an example but I don’t know how they make their decisions. But was a funny one to watch
