Got up at sunrise to hit the coffee joint and driving across Simi noticed the over night jump in prices.
I filled up yesterday and was $15 cheaper than if I filled up today.
Have to bust out the Brandon stickers

Paid $5.50 a gallon yesterday. That station was $4.79 last time I filled there.

Y’all are gonna shit when you see what the trickle down affects of 450k electric trucks to move freight from the ports. It takes 2 to do what a 265k diesel Peterbilt can do over 400 miles.

I have about 1200 gallons of diesel delivered into my tank every week yesterday was 5.55 a gallon last Thursday was 5.23 a gallon
The price has gone up about 1.50 a gallon in the last few months
Let’s do the math 1200 x 52 weeks = 62400 x 1.5 increase = 93600 $ cost increase

Think about this...what does renewable diesel have to do with the current crude oil prices? NOTHING. It's base is mostly Palm Oil.
OPEC must be in control of that also? I have read its a supply issue and Diesel production volume of all variants is down.

Completely engineered and when a company knows their days are numbered WTF do they care?

This will surely lead to Fed interest rate hikes when prices climb as does inflation.

I dont think their days are numbered. Supply & demand. Market sets the price. Company reaps the profit.

Petro products. IE polymers plastics and the such likely make up 85% of an electric car.
