last time i launched day of and everysingle spot in the channel was filled at 330am. does lake havasu pd just ticket and thats the price of doing business??

Bummer Dave. Have a few people from last year asking about our BBQ, Brats and Burgers. Looks like we will be doing it again this year from 1-3pm. I hope that this mindset is not across the board/city.

ok...last year I was in the wrong spot to really watch any of the on-water activity. Where is a good spot to watch the boats run on Friday? I think we will watch the shootout on Saturday from the island.

Welcome to the site And to the upcoming Desert Storm. If you are in need of parking we have a lot in town and I kept it open for RDP Members. We will be there with burgers, beers and brats from 1pm-3pm. Then heading to the street fair. It is about in the middle of the whole fair. Let me know if you want more info. I will be posting up a thread next week.

As for adding your images you have to click around a bit. Just did a quick couple of clicks. It is one of these areas that you can add an image. Try these links……

To watch the poker run? run south, go down to the large coves on the west side of the lake down in the 3 dunes area. You will be in a good spot to see them go by.

I have been known to purchase the largest soda fountain at a gas station.
Then mix my 7&7 or Rum &Coke and walk the street. When it empties, I refill at truck and keep walking the show.

That said, as I get older my drinking is decreased.

I've got a spot in the channel each of the last two years by lauching at 7-730am Friday morning..

Last year we were approached by event workers who warned us we could not have open containers. They indicated the event was policed and there was no alcohol permit for the event. We proceeded to get large cups for our beer at the gas station. Fyi-
