This year I only took off one day for desert storm instead of 3. Last year weather was bitchen on Friday. But sat and sun sucked ass!

My guess Friday will be windy but no unbearable. Planning to stay South and around 3 dunes. Sat will be nice and Sunday who cares lol

On another note. I saw somewhere that on average of the last 30 years. Havasu’s windiest day is April 23rd. Kind of ironic that desert storm is during this time too. Spring boating is a toss up.

I was parked in the channel when it happened as well. It was kind of weird. People turned their music off and started yelling at him. It was a windy day as he slowed and started trying to maneuver the boat things went more sideways. Kind of one those things you just don’t see everyday.
