Easy turbo, let’s be real clear about what your getting at here, first by defining tyranny in a manor we can all agree on.

tyr·an·ny
cruel and oppressive government or rule.

Being told to stay clear of people and advised to wear a mask to mitigate the spread of some virus is not my interpretation of a tyranny, how about you?

I would agree but

telling people they can’t operate a business or only sell certain items. Not operate a boat etc is getting closer

2 weeks ago Bill O'reilly said just that...He said Bidens wife is very smart and will tell him he is not fit for the job and Cuomo will get his delegates. But if you believe Cuomo on Stern, he's not interested.

Not by a long shot, when you get hauled off for “re-education” and never seen again then we’re talking tyranny. We live in a free society, this is a little hiccup on the road in the story of the United States of America. Who you gonna take up arms against? LEO, military, your towns mayor or counsel members? those entities and positions consist of our friends and family members. Last thing anyone wants to see is this system fail.

Actually!! I truly do Believe that there are Many who hate President Trump so much that they are willing to sacrifice the Country to Destroy him, and then deal with the aftermath when the Dust settles

If we had no doom and gloom news channels, how would have this flu been excepted this year? Absolutely no differently than in the previously 100,500,1000 years of the flu season. Mostly Older people with other health issues get the flu and die. Happens every year, year after year..... circle of life is a hard one to understand and to except sometimes.

The virus itself is very real, the reaction of governments all over the world is tragic. The mortality rate of the virus was way overblown, even in Italy and Spain when it was at it's worst it was just matching the mortality rate of the seasonal flu. Could it have been much worse if all the shut downs didn't happen? Maybe, maybe not, we'll never know. The world economy is fucked, we know that.

Numbers from the Johns Hopkins Medicine website today.

Seasonal Flu Infection Rate: Estimated 9.3 million to 45 million cases in the U.S. per year.
Seasonal Flu Deaths: 12,000 to 61,000 deaths in the U.S. per year.

COVID-19 Infection Rate: 609,685 cases in the U.S. as of Apr. 15, 2020.
COVID-19 Deaths: 26,059 deaths in the U.S., as of Apr. 15, 2020.

Running the numbers shows a substantially greater mortality rate for Covid-19 over the flu. I'm not disagreeing that the governmental response was tragic. For everyone involved, public and private sector, there was no great strategy. Everyone's hindsight will be 20/20, with plenty of anger.

Measuring financial economics against health and mortality is a job I never want.

That's the problem with this particular vjrus, it doesn't follow those rules.

How about the two officers in Riverside, that are now dead from CV19?

I know the general consensus about cops is they are just overweight donut eaters, but I don't think these guys fit that mold.

There are lots of other instances of people dying, that would normally not die from the flu.

At first, I was ready to be injected, get my 4500.00 for being a test dummy, be sick for a week and move on.

Not now though. This thing CAN kill you regardless if you are healthy, or not.

The last pandemic wiped out almost a third of the world's population. Me personally, I'd prefer to not see that happen in OUR lifetimes.

Everyone should read this with a wide open mind. It's science. Not prime time jiberish...

Here is the problem with those numbers at this point. there is no accurate data as to how many people have actually had the virus and were asymptomatic ( study out of U.K. say as high as 40 percent ) or , how many had mild symptoms and never reported or thought was normal flu. My thought are, there are many times more people that have had it and not reported

If you compare known seasonal flu cases with known deaths from the seasonal flu the mortality rate is about 10% on average, so far the C Virus is at just over 4% in the US. However that percentage is growing as it was under 2% just a couple of weeks ago.

It appears there is no shortage of citizens willing to run right out and start licking door knobs right away. Imma sit this round out and watch to see how that plays out for all involved. Hopefully it ends well for all, until then going to continue working on my BBQ skills.

As we know they've pretty much only been testing those who show symptoms of Covid-19

That should change soon as tests for Covid-19 and tests for the antibodies are coming

When comparing the common flu numbers with the Covid19 numbers, one big fact looms....those Covid19 numbers are happening even with a complete societal shutdown. Imagine if nothing had been shutdown. The experts saw how contagious this was and that it went straight to the lungs and did some major damage. There are still some hurdles to get over.

The Experts, The Experts= These Experts predicted this and then that then well this again. I for know from watching everything from the Local to the National news to every day Life. The Fact that in all their Expert Predicting, they missed several of these by a long shot, and have caused hysteria and incredible amount of Damage in every aspect of our life. This Country was on a "RAIL" and screaming ahead, and this is the "MAN" to be running the Country and he has proven it in how he reacted through the Disgrace of the Mueller Ordeal then endured the Impeachment. I Shutter to think if Hillary, Biden Or Obama was in Charge..
Just be assured that when this "DEAL" is over President Trump will not miss a beat, and there will be some Major changes in how Business is Done. 👍

I don’t understand why anyone keeps saying “lose the election?”

Do we magically think Biden (who’s gonna be the front runner) is capable of rubbing our country and dealing with foreign powers?

Only if they pay him or a family member off. He’s the biggest fucking hypocrite next to Hillary.

I don't agree with "last thing anyone wants to see". The Demoshits want anything to fail as long as Trumps name is on it!! They can't stand to have him in charge and would let this Country go to shit in a handbag as long as they have the power of whatever is left, being 50% unemplyment or 50 million dead, they don't care!11 Power Power Power is the only thing on their peabrain brain.

This has been going on a while and will continue long after we’re gone as well.😉

SHIP OF FOOLS

“There’s the shipowner, larger and stronger than everyone in the ship, but somewhat deaf and rather short-sighted, with a knowledge of sailing to match his eyesight. The sailors are quarrelling among themselves over captaincy of the ship, each one thinking that he ought to be captain, though he has never learnt that skill, nor can he point to the person who taught him or a time when he was learning it. On top of which they say it can’t be taught. In fact they’re prepared to cut to pieces anyone who says it can. The shipowner himself is always surrounded by them. They beg him and do everything they can to make him hand over the tiller to them. Sometimes, if other people can persuade him and they can’t, they kill those others or throw them overboard. Then they immobilise their worthy shipowner with drugs or drink or by some other means, and take control of the ship, helping themselves to what it is carrying. Drinking and feasting, they sail in the way you’d expect people like that to sail. More than that, if someone is good at finding them ways of persuading or compelling the shipowner to let them take control, they call him a real seaman, a real captain, and say he really knows about ships. Anyone who can’t do this they treat with contempt, calling him useless. They don’t even begin to understand that if he is to be truly fit to take command of a ship a real ship’s captain must of necessity be thoroughly familiar with the seasons of the year, the stars in the sky, the winds, and everything to do with his art. As for how he is going to steer the ship - regardless of whether anyone wants him to or not - they do not regard this as an additional skill or study which can be acquired over and above the art of being a ship’s captain. If this is the situation on board, don’t you think the person who is genuinely equipped to be captain will be called a stargazer, a chatterer, of no use to them, by those who sail in ships with kind of crew.”
