I love the green... What power?
I could be wrong on this, but I think the green is the tape color?

Is this what's refered to as Resin Infusion?
Okay, copy. My mistake. You mentioned "Infusion" at the beginning. I just only saw the photos and overlooked the text.
I have read many articles - and several threads on this site - related to "Resin Infusion" and am trying to understand fully how this process works. The knowledge I've acquired thus far is that this would be a desired lay-up option because of a more precise resin/glass (or, glass/resin) ratio. The attached photo's you've provided (Thanks for sharing BTW) show, what seems to me, to be almost surgical, er, sanitary. Very clean I guess is what I'm sayin'...Like Doctors. DCB Doctors! Is this the standard lay-up for a DCB?
Yes it is our standard layup procedure. There is No excess resin, leaves a lighter/stronger part with no sharp edges, it leaves a smooth finish to the touch.

I don't think the bilge is a liner. Thanks, that's why its so shiny!
The reason why I asked if there was a liner is because the hull-mold has a space immediately in the center(below pic), but my pic in post #19, shows that it's all covered with a full flooring?
And I see an access area below the battery holder as shown by the arrow
Therefore, this beautiful flooring is added on top of the hull's tunnel. And I'm curious if this is a contiguous part of the cockpit's liner?
