Not Kum Ba Yah...I'm thinking more like slave hymns, or those weird North Korean songs, praising the leader.

Voluntary compliance folks are already pushing against, and making life harder, for the "non-compliant". We saw that with the shot, masks and utter BS. Family, friends and employers turned away from others. That showed them how weak their subjects were. Not in who believed in the benefits they were promised, but in how easy the people would turn on each other. Most were simply played against other. Until people realize they are nothing but pawns, they will never see the common enemy.
