Vicious, welcome to the smallest of samples of what it is to be "RD." Lol.

If you want some real fun go put on a boat race.

In the meantime please know I don't care if there is an Rdp logo on their or not.. If I wanted one on there I would have suggested it, sponsored it, ran the shirts, or a number of other options.

I know Dave. I liked the logo because I love this place and love showing support. It's funny you say that because as I was going over paperwork to try and figure it out I was thinking how do Dave and Stacy do this. Shirts went pretty quick too i was kind of surprised. Wait until it's time to collect.. Lol. There's a reason I tell Stacy not to set shit aside for people anymore. She does it all the time anyways, and it drives me nuts.

As for what I was referring to earlier.. I was referring to the idea that you just try to do something nice.. Then all of a sudden something happens over here.. Then something over there. Then you find out something crazy is going on over here, and you are an asshole over there.. And at the end of it all you're just sitting there thinking. "Fuck man.. I was just trying to run some shirts?"

Maybe you could find a member to pick the shirts up and have them delivered so u don't have to pay for shipping.[emoji3]

Probably not one of my best ideas to tell the boss he's a fat lazy pos and to get out his tools on so I can race him for checks and embarrass him [emoji13][emoji17][emoji57]

Union brother!! Two hours later I was told to grab my stuff and give the super a call [emoji15] I'm back w my old company but they are still a little slow. On a really crazy sad note. The guy I was carpooling w (Cesar montes RIP) died yesterday morning driving to work. I was called and asked if I had any way to contact his family. I was pretty shaken up by it. I called my wife in tears and what she said gave me chills. She said I'm actually really glad u got kicked off the job. She said everything happens for a reason and u weren't meant to be in that car. There's more to the story w Cesar's family and it's such a sad deal. Its been on my mind constantly. I didn't know him very long but he was a hell of a welder and a real good guy.

Nah, after giving birth running a web site would be a walk in the park.

We got that down to a science over here wheeler.. Last one was delivered in under 7 minutes of arriving at the hospital and we were on the way home the next afternoon.

Dave, It shouldn't be that hard....... Erin is the graphic designer for a custom embroidery and screen printing company, and she also sets up web stores for events, companies, etc.

If people want the stuff, let them order it on their own and let someone else deal with the sorting and shipping.

Big companies like where she is at will just make a shit ton of gear, with your input and idea of what may sell the most. And if its a big enough deal they keep the inventory and it's ready to ship directly to the customers. I've helped and traveled with them to some big time events and even sold apparel, hats and other logo'd accessories, so i have an idea of how big the frenzy can be.

Jason ,941punk, i bet would surely agree with me. He is in the biz.

Now, if you are doing the tshirts yoreself to make the most money to pay the rdp bills, then stop complaining :D

I second what SQM said.. It shouldn't be that hard for Dave given his business and the events he's attending. After doing this same thing for multiple events over the last 5 years I've learned the hardest part is coming up with the design. Everything else is gravy, however, deciding on shirt sizes is probably second, or at least a close tie to figuring out what kind of chick shirts you're ordering.

With Daves business he can take whatever he has left over and sell it on the front page. This specific event, who is really going to want left over shirts for something they didn't attend? Limited supply is the way to go.

I couldn't agree with you more. Working from home, no traffic, no deadlines, boat rides at night during the week, free dinners, I'd want to hang myself.[emoji1]

I think limited supply is a good idea also. If all of them would sell out, it would be no problemo for a screen printer to make however many more of that particular design once the screen is made. Even if it's just 1 or 100, at any time after.

Same with embroidery, once the design is digitized its easy to run whatever, whenever.

Yup. It's the set up for these things that cost. I usually hit the garmet district downtown and pick up decent shirts for about 3 bucks each in quantity's of twelve. Then it's just all about what kind of design you want.

That pricing is out the window when you go to a one stop shop and pay for shirts and and screening. They are making their money on both ends for the convienience of it all.

Went best as can be expected! Thanks for the ask.

She was released Sunday afternoon and has been sleeping and resting most of the time at home. Has been really sore, but has only taken a few pain pills. Lots of recovery to go, but she is definitely on the mend  It is a solid 12 inch incision... damn.
