Nice! I like it. I think that is the perfect Lil family river cruiser.

How do you like it?

It was a good time this morning running from Katherine's Landing to Cottonwood. The boat handled great and rode smooth mid pack of 20+ boats. For a river cruiser it's a good choice for a deck boat. But for a people hauler or rough water(Mead or Mohave) boat, it's too small.

Wish we could have made it! The mcraftup and the dam run are about west coast boating!

That boat at the end of your vid looks like a 260? Nice colors. How are the water temps at the Damn? Also, any shallow area's once you get through the basin?

Water temp at Katherine's Landing, 82*...at the Damn Dam, 59*

No shallows other than some obvious rock out croppings.

One of the best runs in the history of the event...biggest turnout, smoothest water and hottest temp...my car readout and thermometer at the house both read 120* at about 3:30 yesterday afternoon.

Thanx to all that chose to partake in this west coast premier event.

I was pleasenty surprised coming back. The basin was pretty smooth compared to other times coming thru there. Great job Carl putting this and all the activities together.:D

Wow! What an amazing day! In 118 degree heat there is no place better than the Hoover Dam and Willow Beach......water was so refreshing and driving didn't feel like a hair dryer on your face.

Weather was perfect except for the heat getting off the lake......

The heat must have affected my brain again because as we were pulling out at Katherines I forgot to trim my drive up and dragged it up the ramp. [emoji35]

All and all.....great day. Awesome meeting old friends and new. I got a few pics on my SLR that I will post up later.

Damn I did the maybe two or three seasons ago. Yesterday rubbed off some of the the paint on my drive and skeg and scrapped the bottom of the hull. Still a great day though we had a blast

I am just too used to the outboard still. Never had to trim it up pulling out. Oh well.....nothing that can't be fixed.

I must say for an unorganized event it finds it's way to organize itself pretty good. We didn't "lose" everyone till around 4 or 5. We beached w beer maker and crew and 28 eliminator and crew towards the end of the day across from cottonwood. After that we went by gas alley but it looked like most everyone had headed home [emoji2]

Thanks Karl for another great day! We had a blast, f'ing hot once we left the river...... Unfortunately we had to call it a day a little early, one of our passenger kicked the prop with her foot and needed medical attention, nothing serious. She is a seasoned passenger and just forgot about the prop hazard.....

So I bought a Sony Action camera and the below you tube link is the first video I have produced. I will post a few more of the day as I get to them

My other half puts the boat on the trailer. Made a habit of using trim switch on transom to raise drive then gives me the go ahead to pull up the ramp. A little extra effort but no issues to date.

No other explanation needed :)

Lol it was pretty dumb. I was idling over to the cobra group but I was looking behind me at beer maker and hank. I hear my bro yell kill the engine and trim up so I did and we kind of just beached right on it.
