There appears to be smoke coming from driver’s side wheel wells just before it explodes? Something similar happened years ago in LHC, as the guys were driving N on 95 with a bunch of legal fireworks they’d purchased at the Pyro Event at Sara Park. They may have turned and jumped before it blew?
I was referring to the TMZ video, likely from a hotel security cam. There appeared to be smoke prior to the explosion.

By the Sheriff's report, other than the drivers death the other 7 were "minor" injuries. To me that dictates either shitty execution of terrorism or a unintentional terrible accident, whatever the cause.

On the 58 sec video, appeared you could hear about 5 smaller explosions after the initial blast. Plus, seemed you could hear ‘Piccolo Pete’ type noise making devises/fireworks. ?? Very good evidence for the experts. They’ll nail this down quickly.
