Those look great!

I have an UDC that works great but it would be cool to have better flow of indirect heat and more access to the food and the fire.

That's the beauty of the drum is that you can control the temp by which rack you use. It varies 20-30 degrees from bottem to the top rack

Nice, I'm cooking on 2 WSM now and trying to decide if I buy a bigger smoker or a 3rd WSM.

What is a reverse flow smoker?

RD

Reverse flow is when you direct the heat n smoke under the cooking surface using a sheet metal plate from the firebox to the opposite end then up thru an opening then back a cross the meat to the exhaust back at the end of the cooker closest to the firebox so that it creates a smoke draw . it increases the amount of smoke two fold. And heats up the plate to maintain a more even heat exchange. I've rebuilt my design to get more meat and better flow by using this design View attachment 403794
