So, I’ve been off complex carbs since last October. Just the “hard carbs” as I call them rice, bread, pasta potatoes and try to keep sugar to minum. I don’t drink soda and I don’t eat cookies and cake much so that’s not a big deal.

Anyway, just thought I’d share this little dinner option I created. I love sushi. Canned tuna is low carb low fat, high protein etc but just a dab of mayo and mustard and salt and pepper and onion gets old. So, threw some hot chili oil with garlic, onion dab of mayo, pepper, onion, wasabi and ponzu sauce. KILLER. if you’re looking for a light dinner option it’s pretty tasty!
