Spent the weekend working with Andrea Bocelli. We did a show in Vegas on Saturday and then a show at the LA Forum last night, both sold out. The man is truly incredible and his kids are just as talented. Andrea is an inspiration in all aspects... Looking forward to getting some sleep tonight..

That would have been epic. Got to see him live.

If a mountain lion jumps out in front you on the trail, with it's ears back and teeth showing, reach back, grab a handful of shit and throw it in its face. They hate that. Don't worry, the shit will be there when the time comes.
Mountain lions scare the crap out of me.. I hope that I never run across one when I am out hunting.

Agreed...it will be there for sure! The scenario that worries me most is not seeing them coming from above or the side. It is a love/hate relationship...I love how beautiful and powerful they are but I hate those bastards at the same time!

Our BC ferries are double enders. They have props at both ends, both of which are spinning continuously, When the bow prop isn't being used it feathers to create minimal drag using its controllable pitch functions. Meaning they dont have to turn around to dock.

The water gets loooow on the Lower River in the winter.
Those are GREAT pics !!!! Wow.
Quick story . . . I fished a Yuma Bassmasters Tournament one February in the late 90's early 2000's.
I went as a 'non-boater' and drew a guy from Yuma, Jacob Lute. Super cool dude, born & raised there.
He asked me, "You ever been to Walters Camp"? . . . I replied 'Nope'. He said, 'Well, were going there today'.
Holy smokes . . . I think 90% of the way up there I could see bottom. He ran that whole time trimmed up and wide open in his Ranger
I remember we came around 1 corner and there was this giant sandbar-flat and I could feel the skeg on the lower unit dragging hard the whole way across it while we were in a turn. .
When we came off it into the deeper side, and you could feel the hull free-up and the prop grab water again . . . . it was def. a foot or less there for a bit.

You've gotta pay attention when the water is 'UP' . . . I couldn't imagine running it when it's low like that . . . even in my little rig.

Thanks for sharing those awesome pics !

Oh . . . and I may be wrong, but in that 2nd pic. . . . is that lake on the left called 'Rincon'?
If so I busted into there once with a guy named Jimmy Phipps RIP.
Another cool Yuma local.

Haha! Yeah, the Lower River demands brass cajones... and polarized sunglasses 😆. Funny thing is, we're so used to how shallow it is, it doesn't faze at all and we only remember how odd it is when someone new comes out and their butthole pucker factor is at a 10 😆

We knew Jimmy. He was a great guy. We're friends and river neighbors with his wife.

Small world.

Decided to do a night cruise in the channel, my brother wanted to burn some old fuel out of his boat so my oldest son and I went along.

Kids had a blast looking at the lights and drinking hot chocolate, and we burned through some old fuel, it say it was a win

He got that last year from Pedro at Saleen. Its a nxt20 with the ilmor package. My brother get nervous because it has 1600 hours and he feels like it's at the end of its life but I told him 1600 on a well maintained rig isn't anything to stress about[/QUOTE]
