Vern was in the shop Memorial Day weekend when we had our “pit stop”. Was he working on yours?

He rebuilt the drives right before Super Cat. This week, I was pulling the props off monday afternoon and spun both drives by hand. Starboard felt smooth as butter, port was not quite as smooth. Since they're all brand new internals I had AJ walk over a spin em. He called vern. Vern went out first thing int he AM and spun them and decided he would like to crack it open before I drag it back to cali for the summer to see what's what. Drives coming off tomorrow. We'll see.

That’s pretty cool. You get some great wildlife in the area. I tried something similar with a clay pot fed by drip irrigation. Just made the area smell more than anything.

I didn’t use the boat for 3 days. Waiting for this guy to learn how to fly. Greenback Heron. I was worried about him and called the KW Bird Sanctuary for advice. They said it’s normal and just give him a few days. After 3 days he left.

A few from today. A little warm but forget how incredible this place is. We’ll hike some more in the morning and head to Page/Powell after.

The plan today was to hit a few trails in Zion early. Turns out a thousand other people had the same idea. F’g line to bus up was 2 hours long. We’ll definitely E-bike it up next time. We walked the river trail up 4 miles, bussed down to the brewery and headed for Page/Powell.

Ridiculous line.

Easy hike up. My oldest and his wife had a rest day in town. Cruised the shops. Probably a better idea.

Adam did. I hung back with my DIL. My daughter and SIL hiked up an hour or so. Adam went 2 1/2 hours up. He got back really late.
