Great area! I spent the good part of a decade down there at Aha Quin riding stand-up jet skis in my younger years. We used to swoop in our stand-ups and spray docs with our jet. If I swamped your doc 20 years ago, I'm sorry. Young and dumb.

Nothing has really changed for my wife and I since this virus hit; we still ride bikes and hike all the time by ourselves. Social distancing I guess has always been a way of life for us? Don't get me wrong, we really miss going out to lunch or one of our favorite bars to have a cocktail however, our life in terms of outdoor activities etc hasnt changed. They mentioned on a talk radio show I listen to that so many people have realized they don't have any hobbies except going out to eat and watching TV; sad. There will be people coming out of this thing way fatter and a few more healthy for sure. haha. I just can't wait to get back to the norm!

Four mile hike we did Sat morn with 900 feet of elevation gain and four miles total. Over lookong Washoe Valley and Washoe Lake.

6.5 mile hike above Hidden Valley Reno area. Love this beautiful open country here in NV. Can't wait to get back to Vegas area where it's a little warmer though.

I would have been 9 so we are good lol. We just returned back to this portion of the river after boating needles for a long time and we are happy to be back.

Since Monday I have ridden for nine hours (will do two hours today) have done around 10000 feet of elevation gain and dropped four lbs since Sunday! Only 20 or so more pounds to go before I'm down to fighting weight again!
