halved Jalape?os
Jack up some cream cheese with some chipotle salsa
Fill the Jalape?os with the cream cheese, add a little smokey sausage and wrap with bacon.

Cooking them so they come out soft on the inside and slightly crunchy on the outside is the trick.
I put them on a pizza pan over the bbq for a while to soften the pepper before placing them on the grill to cook the bacon.
Then I finished in the broiler to on the pizza pan to cook the bacon the rest of the way.

Our group had a great time on rental skis on a guided tour. That looks 10x better. Beautiful place you live and get to enjoy. That storm kicked in pretty good last night and didn't let up til we made it down th SLC. Looks like it dropped quite a bit.

I am glad you had a chance to go ride and see it. I really love this place. It lasted up top all day, strange having rain down lower though.

Looks a little different than I remember. We spent a lot of time growing up at Convict and Crowley with the occasional trip down the dirt road by the church. Always a little cold and very crowded opening weekend.

Fuel pump fuse... ford forums say it's a pretty common problem on the late model F150's.. they make a "relocation kit" for it... whatever that means [emoji51]
