Took me about an hour. Spent more time trying to devise a way to lift the bed without it falling off. Other than that it's super easy

did you use chevy or after market part ? looks like you lifted it about a foot? how many bolts hold the bed 4? chevy dealer wants 650$ + I know i can do this in my shop :eek Tks for the info :cool

Wow! I didn't think anyone knew where Butler was. My Company's home office is there. Ive been once!

Besides being the birthplace of the Jeep, Unfortunately, i know where Butler is. :D this event is actually at Coopers Lake just outside of Butler.

I put more pics in the off road section.

Yes sir, the festival grounds are on the north west side of 79 and 422. Moraine State park(Lake Arthur) is to the east of 79.

Bachelor party is over.

Now on to part two of my trip. Wife and kids drove up today so we're here for another three nights.

Got a couple of penthouse suites [emoji51]

I used the AC DELCO one. Pretty sure it's close to OEM, if not OEM. There are a total of 8 bolts on the bed underneath and there are two star heads to take off the gas fill cap. It's literally a piece of cake.

Raise the bed instead of drop the tank? Genuis

I dropped the tank once on my Tahoe and it was the biggest pain in the ass in the world. Last time I did it on my cousins Silverado there just happened to be 4 of us at the house so it was a lot easier to pull the whole bed off. This time it was just me so I had to improvise

you can make a "I" shape out of 2x4s that fits under the rail of the bed, then a engine hoist to lift it up. its easy, done it on many, many friends trucks over the years.

Damn good though. That is the only hot sauce I use, the wife buys it three bottles at a time off the website. Good shit[emoji106] I know this shows the popcorn but I use the Spontaneous Combustion Hotsauce. [emoji106]
