Crazy Neighbor Terrorizing the Other Neighbors

Dig into the county code and find the noise and nuisance ordinances. Figure out which code he is violating. Then go by a dB meter and start recording the noise levels, time of day and other information. Make regular calls to code enforcement with the information. If/when code enforcement doesn't do anything, start up the chain of command or just go right to the county commissioner for your area.

That's where were at but he isn't really exceeding any noise ordinance that they can tell. Probably is with the decibel when revving but has to be for prolonged this or that time, etc. There's plenty of video of him but the county, sheriffs & police are impotent & this Iraqi dude know it. He knows the whole system & hates people apparently.

I have a crazy nieghbor, thought mine was bad with parties/barking dogs...Yours is beating mine by a little. Anyhoo.... I've done all i can with Police and Animal Control, the only thing i have left in the arsenal, which i am not ready for is to sue them, which is allowable from my research. But the juice is not worth the squeeze as i think they have enough people in the home to make my life harder more often than the occasional big headaches i get. These are low life Ex-Basset 40 something ganstas living in a family members owned home.. So i decided to wait it out until I become Walt (Gran Turino). Good lucky...I feel for you. By the way, how did he get the nieghbors wife phone #??

They just exchanged numbers when he moved in case either need anything. He's a creeper.

One of our workers is going through the same thing. Neighbor is African American and racist as they come. Harasses the kids playing in the street, Put up cameras aimed at neighbors houses, blares porn on tv facing out the windows, put up political signs on top of his fence, He even built a curb around his perimeter so he can walk around his backyard and look in everyones yard. Our worker and his neighbors have tried everything and there is nothing they can do because he is legally within his rights. Our worker is renting and is actually going to sue the realtor because this guy has been doing this for years and the realtors new about him when they signed the lease. Crazy times for sure. I have one bad neighbor that I can't stand. Luckily they won't even talk to me but they call the city of me constantly for parking my motorhome and trailer at my house

I believe having porn visible from the other side of the property line probably falls into some kind of sex crime particularly if there are kids nearby. As a going away present you may have the cops look in to that

Where I live, we're on 5 acre lots, county regulated. Neighbor called the sheriff on me several times, as my Australian Shepherd would bark while we were gone. I didn't believe it at first, as he never barked when we were home, but I coasted back home with the engine off once and heard him.
Anyway, I asked the deputy, hey, we're 7 miles out of town on 5 acres, dogs bark ! He said, the "nuisance law/ ordinance" kicks in. He said if neighbor can hear it inside his home with the windows closed, it's too much. This guy's house was 1/8 of a mile from my back yard fence. Maybe your county has similar ? We finally convinced the neighbor to just call us when if the dog barked, instead of the cops. That helped. If I was in your shoes, I'd want to retaliate & win, but, as mentioned above, in reality, you'd both end up losing. I'd probably shoot out his pole lights though. There again, our county has an ordinance about lights. To "protect the night sky", if a neighbors light shines into your property, they'll come out and make him re-aim it onto his property or turn it off.

Yep I did exactly this in the 90's to my neighbor whom would party on a Sunday night until wee hours in the morning. Would fire it up about 6am andet it run about 60-70 minutes on a full tank. That was enough to get my point across to him.
That shit was loud and his bedroom window was right there.

I knew this guy I would not call him a friend just a guy he had a neighbor from hell like you have, but this guy was almost as crazy and he waited and watched until the Neighbor was out of town and burned his house down and then got ahold of the insurance company and planted the idea that it was insurance fraud, house was never rebuilt by the owner and some investor bought the lot and built a new home, problem solved

The two dudes proceed to beat the target person within inches of his life with lead slug filled lengths of garden hose truncheons and make him keenly aware that he will cease and desist immediately, he is being watched and he'll never know when he'll get drug out and tuned up again if he doesn't stop with his antics.
I hear it it is a highly effective method of discipline for those who seem to lack the basics.
I also hear one must insure that there are no witnesses and/or surveillance cameras / dash cams in the area of operation.

All just some suggestions from a friend of course.

People from those cultures only understand and respect strength. They consider our culture soft and weak.

This is probably what your dealing with, my experience is they will push until they are met with an equal or greater force and they welcome it.

Many many years ago… When I was in the Navy… I spent all of my money on the stereo system in my truck. It had dual RF 15” subs ported thru the bed of the truck, with RF 1000 pushing them, in addition to 8 other speakers and amps…, brought it to alot of stereo competitions back in the day. Lets just say 1990 time period.

I was home on leave, visiting my parents, and there next door neighbor loved to party all night, but he only listened to Country Music cranked wide open. As polite as my parents where, he just ignored them… and repeatly, every night blasted music to 2-3 am. This area had small lots with small houses in Texas, very close together.

But the good news was, his bedroom was right next to the road….

I pulled up my truck right outside his bedroom window at 5am, (literally 15-18ft away from his window), And he went to bed at about 3am…

Cranked AC/DC Hells Bells - Wide open ….. when the bells rung my entire truck would shake…..
We got into about 45 seconds of that when his front door swung open, and he came running out all hung over…
Which I fast forwarded the Metalica Blitzcreig….

As he is trying to scream at me from his fence, I just looked at him, and put my finger up to my ear, letting him know that I couldnt hear him… he stormed back into his house.

We listened to about 5 heavy metal songs that AM…. Then we got into NWA and Easy E…. All the neighbors came outside and were laughing there ass off..

Then I turned it down… screamed at him, if we hear country music tonight, then your gonna hear heavy metal tomorrow morning.

That was the last of that. My parents never had problem with him again.

Although the backyard pig roast may work on some middle eastern folks, this guy is most likely is a member of the Chaldeans who heavily populate the east county. Chaldeans are very religiously devout so you can always try to appeal to his religious background and throw a little guilt his way. "Love thy neighbor".
