Robert just used tin coated wire for the Howard trailer. He also loom wrapped the entire length.

And run actual ground wires to every load, not relying on the frame as your 0v
this is probably it. I've noticed when i dunk the trailer the frame lights is slightly on. I also suck at wiring so i'll try again.

Call Wirecare…… They are my go-to for this crap now. @cyclone sent me there when I was messing with the wiring in GO originally and continue to use them.

Use Ancor marine wire and heat shrink connectors. You'll need to buy a real crimper, like the Greenlee 45500. You'll get too old for boating before you have wiring problems again.

And get good lights too. The ones I got off the Jungle website ingested water the first dunk and half the LED's don't work anymore. To top it off.... the lights weren't even plugged in!

the biggest problem is the connections. anymore i find lights that have leads coming off them, not a connector. then splice with glue lined heat shrink

I'm not really sure. I was going to try E-trailer though. At least they are more likely to stand behind the products they sell.
I’ve got mine at etrailer. No problems. Just the installer fuck up.

I used “New Wire” when i recently did my trailer. All tinned and fuel/water safe. Used heat shrink crimps with the glue in them so they fully seal as well.
