Is that the stereo project you mentioned W4S is quoting?

Also got a RZR while down at Horizon!

It’s down at Wired 4 Sound right now getting a street legal kit and the traditional “Havasu Stereo!”

2 pods / 1 Subwoofer / 1 amp / soundbar. Should be done tomorrow!

Whats that system go for in the RZR?

It's call the Kicker / SSV Works RZR Kit.

It comes with 2 - 6.5 Inch Kicker Marine Speakers
2 - 6.5 inch speaker pods
1 - 10 inch subwoofer & Subwoofer Box
2 Amplifiers
1 SSV Radio controller (Blue Tooth)

On this one we added the Wet Sounds Sound Bar & a complete Street Legal kit for 3,000 installed.

I'll have some installation pics and finished pics by the end of the day / early tomorrow.

The kicker deal is pretty legit and it bangs.. We do have a cheaper option that runs 1 5 channel amp instead of two etc.. The Pontoon and SXS "Packages" will be announced monday.

This is a pic of the amp mount and you can see where it sits down in the dash.

Would it be the same for a Can Am?

That's pretty slick. Those amps are tiny and it's cool that they fit under the dash like that. Neat deal.

When is it deemed necessary to have a tie bar between the outboards?

What is a street legal kit? Mine is already plated in AZ.

Integrated blinkers, horn and some other stuff. This one is a pretty bad ass kit that actually integrates into the lights and has a kind of “eyebrow” look on the front lights. It will be finished tomorrow and I’ll shoot some pics and video if it.

On this setup it’s a “liquid” tiebar (or at least that is what they called it). One motor is a slave to the other, and you can adjust toe in / out with some kind of knob? The motors were set right when we launched so I didn’t get to see the process.

I was kind of surprised it didn’t have a traditional tie bar as well, but I guess it’s not needed.

I would assume the liquid tie bar is part of whatever system the joystick/skyhook uses. What I was getting at is when is a physical tie bar necessary? I've seen huge center consoles and pontoons like Spooled with 400's and no tie bar, and other boats like Pauls that has 400s and uses a tie bar. I guess what I'm asking, is if there is a weight, speed or other factor that makes it necessary or is it owner/builder choice?

RZR was completed yesterday!! Came out as factory as you can get!

That kicker phase 3 system bangs!

Also did some custom touches like adding in indicators on the dash so you can see if the blinkers are on, and a few other W4S touches as well. ;)

Forgive me for asking, but is that the Lickity Split pontoon with a new wrap? I've been wondering what happened to that boat.

This one is a lot bigger and wider than mine. Mine is 8 and 1/2 wide by 28ft long.

No the LS boat is still around. This is a new build, and that’s not a wrap! That is all paint! (So is LS!). The paint jobs on these toons are crazy expensive.

Good to hear.

This boat is super impressive. Talk about a floating party!

There was a video posted on YouTube just a few days ago with the LS toon. Not sure when it was filmed. Hopefully things are healing as best they can for all involved in that deal. Would be cool to see that crew at DS in the toon this year.

How does all of that stuff hold up with dirt, dust and water?

I have 3700 miles on my Ranger (a lot of offroad miles) and pressure wash it all the time. I don’t go sticking the nozzle right up to the speaker or something crazy like that but I don’t care if things get wet or dirty.

The stuff is extremely durable nowadays it’s not like the old paper ones in the 80’s and 90’s
