Looking at a house in Parker built in 1996 on a tiered lot.
Concerned about foundation/settling issues; in addition the slope of the concrete on the side of the house runs toward the house such that the condensation from the air-conditioning pools against the side of the house and presumably has been draining against the foundation for the duration.
What/who do I need to take a look and assess the situation, a structural engineer or ?
Recommendations including names greatly appreciated.
