We just finished up an entire home remodel on a new to us home. Looking for any recommendations for cleaning companies that specialize in this. 3000sq ft screens, windows, sliders and walls. Anyone ever use a service like this? Called Serv Pro and they quoted me 1500.00 dollars which I thought was quite high. Thanks

I am in upland, that price sounds a lot better.

That price sounds right in the ballpark for a full detail after construction clean off all windows, tracks, bathrooms, kitchen, fixtures, flooring etc. I am talking about a full detail of the entire house.

A professional after construction cleaning is a whole different service than a molly maids type outfit.

I have a crew that specializes in this work but only in San Diego county.

I would never recommend serv pro for anything. Let alone a clean up job.

Best bet find a good window guy $150-300 depending on how many windows and sliders. Then $600 for 3 maids for a day.

I've got a kid that does it for like 10 bucks a window. And it turned out great. My maids are awesome too. Upland would work.

The lady would come quote for the one time deal but multiple ladies is the deal. Every two weeks a minimum of three ladies come and are done with my house in two hours. They clean baaeboards and clean fridge shelves etc. they are good.

Serv pro is a company that also does mold mitigation / etc. I'd steer clear of them for a detail of a fresh home

Man we must be on the same page. We just added on 500 sqft. Equals 2 bedrooms, vaulted ceilings in are master, new heating and AC along with all of the required structural bullshit. House looks like a time bomb went off- I'm convinced contractors don't give a fuck about your stuff. Construction just wrapped up, we looked for cleaning companies as well and it was a rip off. Ended up doing most of it myself and hired our cleaning lady to to a deep cleaning. Lots of work but still way cheaper in the long run.
