Thx, RV garage was just build a year ago so not even broken in yet. Just waiting for someone to fill it up with a bunch of toys.

Will be listed with an agent in the next few day...new price 245,000

Here are some updated pictures of our house. We were in Havasu over the weekend and we saw other homes that were priced less but they are bank owned and not in the move-in condition of our home. And most of the bank owned homes are on busy streets and the locations are not desirable. The most important thing is Location, Location, Location. This home is on a quiet up scale street next to state land.

Giving everyone the heads up that we will be pulling the house off the market in a couple of weeks. We are offering the home fully furnished at $245K. And don’t forget the rates are under 5% now… PM me if you are interested.

Thx RiverDave...were having a hard time letting this go so cheap as we have a lot more $$$$ into the house then what we are selling for but just bought a house in Cali and a new born so house is just not being used. Have a lot of people looking and there is junk being listed for a little less so its frustrating...thx for looking.

Still for sale....have my regular summer renters in until Sept. Anyone looking for an investment you got renters almost year around as snow birds are usually in around November. House is spotless and comes furnished

House still for sale.

I had the house on the market a few months back and had a ton of people looking at it but no one was biting. Realtor said the bank repo's were killing the market but I dont thing people understand after fixing a house up and furnishing it the amount of time and money it takes to get it move in condition. Also most important if its in a good location ? I looked on Realtor.com today for house in the 200-275K price range and it came up with about 5-7 RV house. The lowest were in the 225-227K. All the house were mostly standard single wide RV with one door, most needed to be cleaned up, and not sure about the locations.

Our house is double wide 20' can fit two boats or cars side by side, front and back doors, 50 'deep, fully furnished with custom tile throughout the house, fans throughout the house, fullly covered back patio, fully fenced, great location near BLM land for the off roaders. House was also repainted inside and out 2 year ago and location is key. House is on quiet street with mostly upscale houses.

Keep scatching my head why this didnt sell but am in no rush. I have summer and winter renter who are paying the rent for me but if something comes up I be ready to deal.

When do your snow birds leave? My dad is going to be selling his house in Orange County in the next couple months and looking for a place to buy in LHC. Let me know if you are interested in trying to work a deal.

That sucker already retired in December and has been bummin around since then. lol :skull

He has decided he wants to move out there and have some $$ in the bank to be able to travel.

Thanks for all the bumps guys.

Renters are out March 31st and will look at my options at that time. I have summer renter from April-Oct each year but if the timing works and the price is right i can be interested in selling before the summer renter come back.
