CHP Chase in SF...

My Buddy was on his second day on patrol (a couple of years ago) and got into a chase with a known gang member. He is riding shotgun in the lead CHP car and they lightly ram the suspects car when he loses control.

I bet the guy just parked illegally and was trying to get away without a parking citation.

In San Francisco, you can rob a bank, vandalize a goverment building, and kick an old lady while she's crossing the street...just don't park illegally and you'll be fine
