There's a guy in Chino that is "CERTIFIED" to do the Ring Dinger. $400 initial visit, $200 after.Dr in Houston area the inventor of the ring dinger. Work YouTubing it. Makes me want to fly down there to experience it.
I'm in the same boat, haven't needed one in 15 years but the same reason I went the first time is back and I've always been a skeptic.I can relate to this video right now. Been struggling the last month or so. My Chiro retired and I haven't been able to get into another one. Medical care up here is getting harder every year.

I'm sorry to hear that, I reinjured here on the boat and its going to be another 3-4 weeks before I can get off. My back pain has migrated to my hips, the Doc said the last time my spine had shifted at the bottom causing my hips to rotate in opposite directions of each other.I fractured my neck when I was 21. It will lock up or "fuse" a few vertebrae together if I am not careful and whatever has been going on in my hips and lower back the last few years ain't helping. I'm walking almost as bad as the dude in the video right now.
I was a serious skeptic before I went 15 years ago, I can only speak for my experience that one time but he fixed me good.<iframe src="https://giphy.com/embed/mL40PfXA394KA" width="480" height="360" style="" frameBorder="0" class="giphy-embed" allowFullScreen></iframe><p><a href="">via GIPHY</a></p>
AmenI've watched a bunch of these chairo's on Youtube
Part of me says "do it"
hearing about those that went to ER after stopped me.
like lasik eye surgery, works most of the time, but when it goes bad, yur fkkkd.
Steroids' didn't do anything for my sciatica, talk to a neurosurgeon, ask about a laminectomy. Worked for me, pain gone when I woke up and I walked out of the hospital that night and went back to light duty work 1 week later. I found this out after my surgery, the longer you wait to release the disc pressure on your sciatic nerve the higher the likely hood of permanent nerve damage (life long pain). This video hits home. I have sciatica right now and it’s debilitating. I’m walking like the girl in the video. Went to urgent care twice I’ve the past couple of weeks and my primary this week. The steroid shots helped but you can only do that so many times. I went to a chiro a couple weeks ago also and it really didn’t do much for me. Just waiting for the day I wake up and the pain is gone. It’s the fucking worst pain I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Heating pads, ice, stretching, nothing is helping.
Yoked my back summer 2020 carrying a sheet of drywall down a spiral staircase.
Couldn't stand for almost 6 months . . . had to 'slide' chair to chair just to use the can.
if I could've got upstairs to my pistol . . . I'd have called it a tour.
Finally, slowly was able to stand for 10-15 minutes at a time . . . then a little more, etc. etc.
Ended up getting ths used off craigslist . . . .

Life Saver . . . literally.
Took a couple years of taking it easy, stretching, quit drinking, lost 30 lbs. , and started walking frequently . . . . almost zero pain now.
I now what I can / can't do now . . . . I still on occasion get the 'don't do that' message from my back . . . so I stay vigilant.
sciatic still hits me a tiny bit when I slack-off on stretching, or after overdoing it . . . . . but much better than the alternative.
Everyone's situation is different . . . all I can suggest is listen to your body . . . there really isn't any 'miracle sures'.
It's worth a try.I was thinking about ordering an anti gravity chair
Roll around on a tennis ball right in the worse part. Worked wonders for me but initially you just need to suck it up.This video hits home. I have sciatica right now and it’s debilitating. Sent you an e mail just now to the address listed in one of your ads.I’ll do it I don’t care at this point. I hate cold but I’ve been putting ice packs on.

Good luck.
We all have differing pain thresholds, mine is really high. I spent almost 6 months not being able to stand or sit for more than a couple of minutes at a time, struggling to do simple things like wipe my ass, had to pull over to stand up several times on the commute to work and home, intimacy with my spouse was a no go. Not to mention being an active participant with my son, it was a horrible time in my life. Everyone is different, but at that time in my life I had to get better quickly and surgery provided that to pathway. It has had drawbacks but nothing near what what other construction workers have told me that opted out of surgery. Just my .02This video hits home. I have sciatica right now and it’s debilitating. Let me know how it goes. Get that ball right in there where it hurts. I felt immediate relief after the hesitation of burying that tennis ball into the tender areaI’ll do it I don’t care at this point. I hate cold but I’ve been putting ice packs on.

If you’re really willing to try anything, this might be the best 10 bucks you’ve ever spent.Thank you so much I’m willing to try anything.
Paul Im in the same boat. I wake up good, thinking its the "day" that I will be pain free and by 2 hours in the day after sitting at my desk, I stand up and the pain is back. This video hits home.
