I have the Flo Racing app running on the big screen, tonight's A Main is about to start. I'll be watching all week. I'm an old fkr at home now, but spent many years up in Tulsa stooging on some good teams. This is some of the best racing there is.

Wife and I are here. Entered their lottery for tickets and scored. I won't be giving these up.

I love watching midgets, some of the best racing I have watched.
I am in OKC, about 90 miles from Tulsa but never been to the Chili Bowl. I usually watch it on Flo. I just couldn't get motivated to watch hour after hour this year.
This is KKM set up. It is good to see someone putting the time and money in the game for the love of racing.

It's an amazing event live...
KKM has 16 entries this year.
Cost to buy a KKM ride is $250K...Kunz does it for the money.

California takes night 1 and 2!

The annual Flo subscription pays for itself with this event alone.

Well, you can't do it without the money. I mean, I know he isn't doing it for free. Shrugs, I can believe what I want. It helps the whole sport. Just like the multiple teams in drag racing or any of the circle track series.

It's the Evil Empire!
Yup...pretty much.
Last year I went I walked by the KKM deal.
Everything is roped off. They don't let you get close.
I'm eating a snack bar burger.
KKM has everything catered for the rich kids who's parents bought their rides.
It's a pretty arrogant deal.
I root for the smaller teams like Swindell speed lab,Billy Boat team etc.
Gone are the days when owner Andy Bondio would kick everyone's ass with his home built chassis, Barnes powered hot rod

Kid that ran second tonight Brendon Crouch. His daddy has phuck you money and he throws it at his sons racing endeavor's.

CB Industries seems well on their way to being a KKM type deal.

The more funded cars the better. Unfortunately racing in general does not reward talent over money nowadaze. It's definitely out of touch..

Huge fan of the Kevin Swindell team.

I have never seen "kunz deal" there. When I seen it in person was at I-44 Speedway. It was friendly and anyone could walk up and talk to Chris Bell (local boy here) "Sunshine" Tyler Courtney, or any of the other drivers. IF it is roped off at the Chili Bowl it must be like the "street outlaws" going in public...

I always liked hanging out with the guys in the back corner of the pits a few times during the week. They brought the same car year after year, there to race and enjoy the essence. Some good racers and folks.

I talked my way into helping Andy for a couple of years. His cars were slick.

Axom/Purely/Day in tonight's A Main. I was busy earlier tonight, and missed everything but the feature. The track slicked off early in the race, looks like it wasn't as wet and turned over as nicely as last night's.

Most of the guys in front ran up top as the track tightened, and the winner's crew chief clearly had made the right decisions on the setup. Axom had a three or four second lead at the checkers.

I hafta look at the lineups for Thursday and Friday to get an idea who will be favored for transfer to Saturday's A Main. A duel between Kyle Larson and Christopher Bell for all the cheese will be fun to watch.

Thorson/Bernal/Bell in a great two lap shootout. Bell and Thorson were battling through the second half of the race, and a late crash set up the drama at the end. Bernal charged from 5th on the last lap and shaved Bell at the line by .043.seconds.

Track has had good character all week. Tonight with the middle all dirtied up made it more interesting. Fingers crossed the track stays in great form for Saturday as it’s been great racing all week so far.

We were there tonight and great racing. Thorson is a good friend and it’s awesome to see him win against the big money guys. He builds and wrenches on his own stuff and doesn’t just show up and drive like some of the others. Hopefully he can win another golden driller Saturday.

I've noticed it too. Last night the track was just about perfect.

One lap into the feature and a yellow. I already see a couple of cars running up front that are too tight.

Crazy how much forward bite the track has tonight. Haven’t really seen that this week but at least it’s still a good racetrack.

Annnd Timms is spun by Miller while leading. Both KKM cars.

Timms' primary sponsor is JBL.

McDougal unbelting on track was pretty dumb. The car was unhurt. Now he's out. But hey, he did get to throw a finger at Pittman (even though it was McDougal's fault for hitting him and wrecking after Daryn pulled a clean slide job pass).

I was just thinking to myself "how is Ryan doing?". I thought I would ask, then I thought to myself I could look it up myself. lol
I went to school with and ran in the same circles as his mom. His dad was always pretty good in stock cars at the local track. Hate to hear he was span.

Thorson has seemed to have best drive off this week. But can’t turn your back on Silva turning the wick up for Larson. I think it will be interesting to see if young money steps on it again though and gives up another.

Hard to bet against any of the prelim winners really...

I'm rooting for Yung Money or Logan Seavey

Also want to see something cool out of Slammin' Sammy and RTJ
Rtj would be awesome. Tanner Thorson is my pick.

I raced against his dad Randy Timms in dirt modified's on numerous occasions.
His dad was badass.
We both ran Jason Hughes chassis out of Bartlesville OK.

They started building limited modified's and their chassis dominated...Western Flyers.
The family owns Western Flyer express trucking.
Met the mother...really nice people.

So who's everyone's pick for tomorrow night?
Gonna go with Yung Money(Larson)
Christopher Bell is gonna be hard to beat,I just can't pull for an evil empire car(KKM).
Larson's chief mechanic is Paul Silva who's generally considered the best set up guy in sprint car racing.
Larson/Silva make a great team and Silva designed the chassis they're running.
Tyler(Sunshine)Courtney is Larson's teammate...with Silva doing set up he'll be tough as well.
Wishing they hadn't cut the feature from 55 laps to 40.
Tanner Thorson gonna be a handful.
Haven't heard anything about Rico Abreau, guessing he's still hurt?

Way to go out on a limb picking Larson. Haha 😄

Rico is still hurt and Bell is going to be hard to beat.

@playdeep (or anyone) is Glenn Martin still around in USAC? He chiefed for RFMS when I was helping them 2000-2008, then went to Steve Lewis's 9 team. That's the same year I started having bigtime health issues. I dropped out of racing completely after that, except for the one year deal with Nearburg Racing and Bonneville in 2011.

Glenn went back to NZ for a couple of years but I've lost track of him. He's a great guy and excellent crew chief. A few months ago I heard he was working for Lewis and/or PRI.

2 drivers d'qed for tire doping...
First ever d'q's for that.
They used simple green.
Cracks me up,we used to use simple green on our hockey Puck hard American Racers.
Stuff works great and is cheap.
The most ironic part of the whole deal is one of the DQ's is a Flo broadcaster. 🤔
