I've been following the market almost daily for about 12 months.

The interior lacks upgrades and the pool is super basic. If it had the upgrades and a nicer backyard/pool, it would probably be priced right given the size, rv garage, pool combo.

And by priced right, I mean for this market.

Might be. It looks vaguely familiar to me. I purchased mine from him(Mntn safe) when he did biz out of home, and yeah the garage was full of safes.

The place is around the corner from me, go past it every day. He is probably a safe dealer or installer working out of the garage. Delivery trucks and fork lifts on the driveway all the time.

In a buyers market yes. In this market. Shit, ask 150k over average and take a iphone pic of the house form the street. Sell it in 4 days with multiple offers.

No way this sells for that price. There are better places for less money that have recently sold when the market was hotter a couple months ago, and better stuff on the market now in that price range.

Appears as much as anything an unusual way to advertise selling safes. It's over priced and needs new kitchen and bath cabs, tops etc. Selling the house is not the objective here.
