My Buddies were working at the mine last week 127 on the salt pad. 132 in the Tractor and dump truck. They have known Marty since he showed up out there. I text him for his cell to get the quad delivered.
Got to be close to 150 on that black asphalt gravel he's camped out on. .[emoji21] [emoji15]

We've been wondering what the story was with the whole set up there by the road with all the flags. Now we know. But now that I've seen the video, I know I've met him before. Before he was bivouac'd on 62, he apparently was living in the desert near Pirate's. We've been to Pirate's from the water many times but one day my wife and I were driving in the car and we're trying to find it from the road. In the heat of the summer afternoon, we saw this guy wearing a safety vest walking close to the road. We stopped and asked him for directions. He kindly pointed us in the right direction. The man then walked away from our car as I started to check traffic and get back on the road. But before I got rolling, I noticed that this guy began walking perpendicular to the road foo into the sagebrush of the desolate desert away from the population of the river and the water. We stopped and watched him for a while. He just kept walking into the middle of nowhere. My wife and I looked at each other in stunned amazement without saying a word. We were processing and pondering what we were seeing. We came to the conclusion he must be living somewhere back there. To each his own and we drove off but we were still in amazement that he was probably living in a tent or something in the summer heat.

Thanks for the video because as Paul Harvey used to say " Now you know the rest of the story!"
