Not sure if there are any on RDP…..but if there are……this for the poor or cheap suckers on RDP. 👍

This is interesting for those looking for a low priced home. Needs finishes but $339k is not bad. Not sure if they got into a bind and selling or uncovered a big issue and hoping to find a sucker. I’d look at it as a rental if I didn’t have so much going on with other projects.

With Havasu prices being what they are, that seems really good as a starter or rental. Needs some flatwork for RV parking, but if the bones are good, could be a nice place.

I got this listing sent to me by Stacy yesterday. It's got a 29" deep garage.

29’ garage doesn’t cut it. Unless you have a 21ft boat. No one has those anymore

I squeezed in my 25’ Eagle in my first house with a 29’ garage. I had Eliminator add a breakaway tongue. Luckily I never had to use it.

Yup!!!

Some TLC and that could be a really nice place.

Others are saying the garage is too short. . . . with the savings you could rent a storage place or. . . make it bigger. Looks like room on the side to expand.

Looks like property taxes are $1000 a year. Mine are $4k+ a year and going up. That's a lot of extra money I could put into re-modeling.

I’d give full price only if they included the console television 😂

Seriously, that place is a throwback to an earlier time, I like it. Not a bad gut and remodel. I like a challenge and this one would be manageable. I’ve done six or seven. Not sure if I want to revisit that pain again lol.

I’m in the middle of one in Parker now.

This place has the exact floorplan of the house my father and mother-in-law purchased in 1992 on the north side of town (also a corner lot at Swift and Avalon). It served them well -- they bought it for cash at $78,000.
