Does anyone have positive experience with a cellular signal booster at their home? I feel like cell phone signals have gone back 20 years. I drive all over Orange County every day as it is my territory and Verizon got so bad that I had to leave. We moved all of our service over to T-Mobile. T-Mobile has been great all-around Orange County but the signal inside my house is not good.

Just curious if anyone has first-hand experience with a signal booster that actually improved reception.

I worked with AT&T and they ended up installing a booster in our neighborhood.
It was a complete PIA, but worth it

I have a weboost on the truck and it works great. They make several models for home as well.
It routinely takes 1 bar up to 2-3 bars

I bought a few on Amazon for our metal shops. If you step inside you have Zero service. Since my dad is always tinkering on cars and such, and almost 80, I got them so If something happened, he could at least call for help otherwise he would be SOL until someone looked for him. They work really well actually!

I have a Weboost in my shop. It was a model designed for a warehouse. Kicks ass. My building is all steel so without it cell service in there is terrible.

X3 for WeBoost. We have a kit for the house and it has improved internal cell service strength. We did the pro install simply because we wanted it to work with the least amount of hassle.

We got a signal booster from Verizon for our house in Havasu. They made my wife jump through some hoops to get it, but they finally sent us one. It helps. Went from one bar to five bars everywhere in the house.

call your carrier and ask what they can offer. if you buy one of the off the shelf ones you run the risk of getting a visit from the fcc as most are unlicensed. most of the off the shelf ones won't hand off to the network I believe so you'll drop calls when you leave your home.

also wifi calling is a strong option to look into.

If the T-mobile signal is not great to begin with in my neighborhood I wonder how much of a difference it will make ?
