There sometimes is a PWC sometimes but not related to this event.

Some of the boats are spectator fleet.

They have a guided ride to Catalina and back! I assume they will stay off the race course.

They used to run a similar Catalina Race with jetskis, perhaps they still do ?? Just didn't know if it was now being held in conjunction with this race, seems not.

I thought it would be a little better. It's probably expensive to do something like that.
