OK bot... Circle K's are now essentially 100% scan which is dumb...I live in a place where the attendants know my name, hell they know my kid's name. It's a bullshit policy...just like terribles (which is why I don't trade in there..they refused to cash an elderly mans lotto ticket for not having his ID..guy was like 85.). Piss off BOT.
I am not a BOT. I have simply made a factual post stating Circle K’s procedures regarding their liability policy towards selling age restricted substances and materials.

At the fair last Thursday, inside the Amphitheatre, my wife could not have an alcoholic beverage because no ID. She often does not carry her purse
since money just cascades out of my wallet apparently. She was pretty unhappy so I just bought myself a Strawberry Margarita thing from a different booth and brought it to her.

Stupid. Lets just say were both senior citizens but I had the wristband.

Why do you leave your wallet in the car? Or ID? Lol that’s smart. Do you leave the keys in the ignition as well? 😂
If you live in Parker ... or anywhere near the water most people do not carry or have a place to carry their id's (or taken it with you "I will just leave it in my vehicle so it gets stolen while on/in the water" if your a local and they've seen your id so many times ... why think they would need to scan it my id doesn't scan so they enter the D.O.B. ... I have worked at gas stations before had officers come in and tell us they are going to be checking by sending in people under age as a setup ... so i asked what is the age limitations not to card informed if the person looks over 30 years old , It is up to the clerks discretion

Terribles in Parker same deal. Everyone gets carded.

It’s the policy for all terribles.. it isn’t for what you think though. According to the havasu staff some lady went ballistic when she wasn’t carded.. basically thinking she thought she looked young enough to be carded.. from what I heard she wasn’t very young. lol

If they want to scan,I just leave. I saw a dude bitch about that red ⭕ store scanning for booze, then asshat pays with a debit card.

I bet that is the answer they gave you. Buddy own Knockout Pizza, They card everyone and the security cameras see it all. By switching to card everyone, his insurance was decreased by a few percentage points.

Who wants to have their $10k a day liquor shut down for 15 days by ABC because your cashier didn’t check the ID?

Mavericks in Carson City have to have your ID for tobacco, everyone. They put it through a little scanner.
Our local Walgreens scans your DL before selling as well. I’m pretty sure at 60 I don’t look under 21. But then I understand the Fd up lawsuits they have been served.

Worst part was I parked way away with a boat in tow , Knees killing me and had to hike back and forth to the truck grrrrrr

A police officer told me years ago "Theres the spirit of the law and the letter of the law" Not everything requires "the letter of the law"
You should give up boating and drinking with those weak knees 😜

I know the walk from the launch ramps has to be just as long. 😉

Circle K in WA only allows them to scan and if it doesn't scan they won't sell the age restricted item. Safeway and Walgreens in WA scan id now, but at least their system will let a cashier enter the date manually. My Canadian id won't scan and I was refused service by Circle K. Fuck them, I will no longer shop at Circle K in the States or Canada.
