Lol
Needles says 122 for next Tuesday...and thats NOT a typo :eek
I've been there what it was 120 also, although we had rented a cruise America RV and the AC kept tripping the breaker. Hot as balls! We tent camped at Moabi a few years ago when it was that hot, felt like 403.
Been at Glamis when it was 122 and that is freaking HOT
The hotter the better. One thing I really enjoyed about living in La Quinta (2009 - 2012) was the heat. Loved it! Spent 3 summers before having to come back to work in San Diego. Would move back in a heartbeat if work would let me, but no go.
Got the house ac tuned up this morning. What a beautiful day. In Solana now and just as nice!Yea buddy! I love it! was out sweating my ass off today in the yard loving the heat.....we need to head to the river now! [emoji106]thumbsup

Next week in Havasu will buzz the 120's for a few days. That's too damn hot so will head to the hills for the week. Fuck that shit anymore... :finger
Yeah....I was going out there next weekend before I saw that it was going to be 118. F-that, I'll wait. I know triple digits are here to stay for a while but somewhere in the 110 or below range I am ok with.
I remember summer of 1996 driving back from Lake Powell in a motorhome with no A/C. Hot as hell. Coming into Baker, CA I see that damn World's Tallest Thermometer lighting up 118. "Hey Dad can we stop for water and soda? We only have a wine cooler in the ice chest" "No" was his response. I thought he was messing around, but it was no joke after he crawled past the last Baker exit. :eek . That entire drive from Powell to Phelan sucked. It wouldn't have been as memorable otherwise, I guess :drink
You're a immigrant. Who knew. We might be related. My old man didn't believe in A/C. Drove from California to a east Texas in August along the Mexico border so he could get the Mexican radio stations. God I loved that bastard!!!
